Every December Gary Crossley Ford donates an enormous amount of funds to the Dream Factory. We have been fortunate enough to be involved in the production of these spots since they started.
We had a lot of fun shooting these pre-Black Friday spots for Factory Direct Appliance.
Randy had a recipe for Pumpkin gravy that was absolutely fabulous. One day we anticipate doing an entire show in their state of the art fully functional showroom kitchen.
Here are a few screen grabs of some footage I shot recently. We were pretty rushed to get the interviews done and didn’t have a lot of spare time to set up. I let the camera roll in auto mode while conducting the interviews. These frames are a glaring example of what a tremendous difference auto white balancing will have on your overall color temperature. Yes, that is the same background in all 6 images. There were 2 windows on either side of the camera but the blinds were pulled and not much light was coming through them. It’s all fluorescent lighting in a class room setting. I ashamed to admit to having shot these but sometimes our conditions are less then ideal and we are forced to rush through things.
